The Associate ERP Officer (Human Resources and Payroll) is: a functional/technical contributor, applying knowledge of Oracle and Taleo modules in the area of Human Resources including Oracle Human Resources, Self Service HR, Talent Acquisition Cloud including the Learning Management Cloud, Performance management, Taleo Recruitment, Taleo On-Boarding, Oracle Payroll and Payroll Accounting and the corresponding business processes; a levels 2 and 3 support agent, addressing issues and requests not resolved by the first level staff and contributing to provide guidance on AIPS application; and a configuration user maintaining configuration information for the AIPS modules. He/she works on projects and Change Requests in all areas of Recruitment, Human Resources, Payroll and Payroll Accounting.
