We are seeking a Lead/Senior Infrastructure Automation Engineer to architect, develop, and scale enterprise-grade automation solutions that enhance the reliability, efficiency, and resiliency of our global IT infrastructure. This hands-on leadership role combines deep technical expertise with direct people-management responsibilities to drive automation strategy, accelerate delivery, and reduce manual effort through infrastructure-as-code (IaC), orchestration, and GitOps practices.

As the technical and team leader for infrastructure automation, you will own the roadmap, manage a team of engineers, and collaborate closely with platform, cloud, network, and operations teams to enable secure, compliant, and self-service infrastructure. Your work will directly support key strategic goals such as uptime, scalability, and operational consistency. This position is onsite at our facility in Rancho Santa Margarita, California.
