We are seeking passionate and skilled IT Trainers to deliver hands-on training and mentorship to young girls and women in areas such as computer literacy, coding, networking, cybersecurity, data analysis, and emerging technologies (AI, IoT, etc.).
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about technology, mentorship, and gender inclusion in ICT.


🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging ICT and digital skills training sessions.

  • Support participants in developing technical and problem-solving skills.

  • Mentor students on career paths and personal development in technology.

  • Collaborate with other trainers and program coordinators to develop training materials.

  • Conduct workshops, hackathons, and technology awareness sessions.

  • Monitor and evaluate participants’ learning progress.

  • Inspire and motivate girls and women to pursue opportunities in ICT.


🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge in one or more of the following areas:

    • Coding (Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, etc.)

    • Networking and cybersecurity

    • Data science and analytics

    • Cloud computing or AI fundamentals

    • Digital literacy and productivity tools

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Passion for empowering women and youth in technology.

  • Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience (formal or informal) is a plus.
